Koatoa Marine
Koatoa Marine is the union's largest exporter of seafood. Owned by Akamu Hale and shut down in protest of Horizon's activities. It is currently being repurposed for unknown means, presumably to help in rebellion against Horizon. Contacting it's info email will get you in contact with Richard Kai, Mr. Hale's assistant.
