Akamu Hale
- Akamu Hale, owner of Koatoa Marine, is an old man who has decided to take a stand against Horizon Industries and it's treatment of Earth and it's people. He is attempting to stage a front against Horizon by building a front against them by uniting a group on Earth and getting them in contact with leaders of a previous rebellion against Horizon. While a native of the planet Oceanus he values his heritage from Earth to the point he is willing to fight. Mr. Hale also enjoys nights, especially the natural nights Oceanus gets every third night. He is in contact with a couple of members of the Union council, including D. Jones and John Forester.
